Return Policy

 

Please email info@restiffic.com to receive an RMA and instructions on how to send back your Restiffic.  Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice.  A refund will be issued once the restiffic is received.  

Requests are reviewed and responded to within 3 days except for holiday scheduling.

Size not right?  Need to coordinate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at info@restiffic.com.  We will cover the outbound shipping costs for exchanges.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note:If you purchased your Restiffic product from one of our retailers, you’ll need to coordinate the return with them.

To ensure confidence in the Restiffic product, quality and therapeutic value, Restiffic comes with a six-month warranty of any manufacturing defects.
